Welcome to Nutrisence AI (“App”), operated by Nutrisence AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”).By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this App.If you are under legal age, you may use the App only with parent/guardian consent where required by law.

2. Nature of Service (Important)

Nutrisence AI provides food logging, nutrition guidance, AI chat, meal suggestions, and wellness-related informational tools.The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, dietary, or health decisions.

3. Account and Access

You may sign in using Apple, Google, or email/password (depending on availability).You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Providing accurate information where requested

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features may be offered via paid subscriptions (e.g., monthly/yearly plans, with trial offers when configured).Billing is handled by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store), not directly by us.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

  • You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

  • Refunds are governed by the applicable store’s refund policies and applicable law.

5. Service Availability and Shutdown Notice

We may modify, pause, or discontinue part or all of the App at any time.Important Notice:If Nutrisence AI is closed, discontinued, or permanently shut down, subscription-based services and premium functionality may no longer be available.Users are responsible for canceling active subscriptions through their app marketplace account settings where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with service operation

  • Upload malicious, offensive, or abusive content

  • Use AI/chat outputs for prohibited activities

We may restrict or terminate accounts violating these rules.

7. AI Output and Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your personal circumstances.You must independently evaluate AI outputs before relying on them, especially regarding health, nutrition, or safety matters.

8. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, design, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Nutrisence AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You may stop using the App at any time.We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal obligations, or service shutdown.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Haryana, unless otherwise required by law.
